Need service for your existing BearBox?

This Onsite Service & Repair Charge is required to dispatch a technician for onsite service and repair request.

How It Works:

Step 1: Purchase this Onsite Service Charge

  • Required before we schedule your service visit.
  • Describe the reason for your service request in the box below. If possible, please attach photos or videos.ย 
  • If your box is still under warranty (less than 12 months from the installation date) and the repair is covered under warranty, this fee will be fully refunded.

Step 2: Technician Dispatched

  • Weโ€™ll will dispatch a BearBox technician to perform a diagnosis and repair. Typical response times are within 2-4 business days.
  • Please note that response times may be longer during peak seasons, severe weather conditions, or for remote locations.

Step 3: Perform Onsite Repair

  • Your payment will be applied to the repair cost.
  • For minor repairs, this payment usually covers the cost.
  • If repair costs exceed this charge, our technician will provide you a quote before beginning the work.ย 

Why This Charge Exists:

  • Covers initial diagnostics and travel costsย 
  • Refunded if your box is under warranty.
  • Ensures we prioritize legitimate repair needs.

*This fee is non-refundable if your BearBox is outside of the 12 month warranty period.
