What is the 2026 Winter Season Special Promotion?

All you need to do is place a $200 deposit now. The remaining balance will be due immediately after your Bear Box is installed in the Spring. 

How does the priority installation work?

By placing your deposit during this promotion, you’ll be added to the top of our installation list for Spring 2026. Once the weather warms up, our installers will begin installations in the order deposits were received. 

What happens if I place my deposit but don't want my Bear Box installed right away?

No problem! Installations must take place before June 30, 2026 to receive the free box art panel. If you need to delay beyond that date, your price will be adjusted accordingly.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are refundable if you cancel your order within three (3) days of placing your order. To cancel, simply email us at info@bearbox.org with your order number. After 3 days, deposits are non-refundable. 

When will installations take place?

Installations will begin in Spring 2026, once the weather allows. This timing ensures our team can install your Bear Box properly and safely. 

I need a Bear Box installed ASAP. Can I request a winter installation?

Yes, winter installations are available for an additional charge. Our expert installers can work in snowy and icy conditions. Contact us at 530-546-3154 to get a custom quote for winter installation. 

What does my deposit cover?

The $200 deposit secures your Bear Box model, free box art panel, and your spot for priority installation in the Spring. The deposit will be applied toward your total purchase price. 

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due immediately after your BearBox is installed in Spring 2026. Once your installation is completed, your card will be charged automatically for the remaining balance.
